Branding & Logos
A logo should be simple, memorable, timeless, versatile and appropriate. It is also important to state that that a logo doesn’t need to show what a business sells or offers as a service. i.e. Car logos don’t need to show cars, computer logos don’t need to show computers. The Harley Davidson logo isn’t a motorcycle, the Nokia logo a mobile phone nor is the Nike logo a shoe. A logo is purely for identification.
You as a business will want your logo to be able to go on anything, business cards, letterheads, website, vehicles, newspaper ads etc. so when we are designing your logo we make sure it will be effective in just one colour, printable on something the size of a postage stamp or a billboard, and printable in reverse (light logo on a dark background). We also take into account printing costs, the more colours used, the more expensive it will be for you over the long term.
